![]() This weeks baking recipe was milk chocolate brownies made from scratch. This was a very fun recipe to make because you have to do a lot of fast work especially when it came to boiling the butter, milk, and sugar mixture, then throwing in the chocolate chips. It did take longer to make these brownies then projected prep time, but it gave me more time to make sure I had all the ingredients that I need to use. I was able to get feedback on my brownies from 4 people each having different insights on what they thought of the brownies. I feel that this trial was good to the entire overview of the project because I tried a new recipe which is not something I do that often, but I succeeded at it. At the bottom of the blog I will have pictures that I took while making these brownies. Feedback questions: 1. Rating the brownies 1-5? 2. What did you like most about the brownies? 3. What could be done better for the future? My mother: - Given a 3 - The brownies had a good consistency - They didn't have much flavor regarding the chocolate My sister: - Given a 4 - The brownies were chocolaty, soft, and gooey - Maybe a little too much chocolate (overpowering) My father: - Given a 4 - The brownies were chocolaty and soft - The brownies should be thinner Aria Tronsen: - Given a 5 - Everything about it was good - None
