This recipe was very fun to make even though I personally am not the biggest fan of pecans. I made this dessert as a Thanksgiving snack we could eat throughout the day. Mostly everyone who tried the pecans liked them for their sweet cinnamon taste which is different from just the regular nut. I altered the recipe a little bit by doubling the egg whites just to make sure the cinnamon and sugar would stick to the pecans. This helped me to getting closer to my goal by being able to get familiar with a new item in the recipe. Since I don't eat pecans, I never really thought to cook with them until my mom gave me the idea because her and my brother love the ones they get at the beach every year we go.
